Parnassus gets a release date!
It gets several release dates, in fact. They are as follows:
United Kingdom – October 16
Germany – December 3
The film will also screen at the Toronto International Film Festival in December. A U.S. release date will be announced shortly and you can up to the minute news on the film via Twitter – @ParnassusFilm!
Hamlet on sale
You can now purchase tickets online for Jude’s run in Hamlet on Broadway.
Previews begin September 12 with performances through December 6. The production will be at the Broadshurt Theater, located at 235 West 44th Street in New York City. Advance tickets are expected to sell fast.

Hamlet headed to Broadway…
Can’t make it to London to see Hamlet? Perhaps New York City would be a bit easier. The New York Times reports that the show will begin previews on September 12 with an opening on October 6.
I saw the production a few weeks ago and can tell you if you can make it, do it. Jude was fantastic and it’s an excellent telling of Hamlet.
