There are quite a few… Ripley, Alfie, Immortality, Cold Mountain. Watching this brilliant actor on screen sometimes is just enough even if the film isn’t my absolute favorite. In Ripley it was his charisma and beauty… in Alfie his beauty and charm. Cold Mountain – his internalizing, without saying much he said so much. In Immortality he gives at a very young age just a controlled, excellent, and intriguing performance. Also Wilde. He was positively golden.

I agree with Dolores. My personal favorite is Wisdom of Crocodiles (Immortality) because of the diversity of Jude’s role. I think he is dynamic in that movie. Next favorites: Enemy at the Gate; Existenz; Holiday. I like most of his other films, attracted by his performance. I think he is incredibly talented and intelligent about his choices. He has a charisma which lends itself to a wide range of parts.

I now have to include Sleuth – he’s absolutely brilliant in this film. It’s playing in limited release… you should see this one.

Graham in The Holiday was my favorite. I think it captured the real Jude Law.

Definitely Alfie. It’s my favourite movie. I think that’s the real Jude Law. Second place…The Holiday… Jude & Cameron.

Graham – I love him when he is “Daddy”. Isn’t he most charming?

As Hamlet at the Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, Denmark. Fabulous – no less!

I liked his performance in The Holiday. The movie was warm and comforting especially when so many movies today promote violence, hate and revenge…

    The Holiday
    Alfie
